An Arizona coating franchise: $11,268 in ads, $191,437 installed.
Between September 26, 2025 and June 30, 2026, a garage floor coating franchise territory in Arizona turned $11,268 in Meta ad spend into $191,437 in installed revenue across 43 jobs, a 16.99x return on ad spend. Revenue is installed jobs recorded in the owners' CRM, not leads and not Ads Manager conversions.
Current client. These are results from one account over the stated windows, not typical and not a guarantee of your results. ROAS is installed revenue divided by ad spend only.
The account
Will and his partner run a garage floor coating franchise territory in Arizona. They sell floors through an in-home estimate and install with their own crew.
Before Cadence, they had spent 10 to 15 thousand dollars with another agency and got about $4,000 back, and a run of 700 door hangers had produced no calls. They started with Cadence in September 2025.
What we built
Offer first. A free in-home estimate with a clear reason to book now, not "call for a quote", and creative built around finished floors from their own territory.
Lead handling. Fast follow-up on every lead and a booked-estimate calendar, so a homeowner who filled out a form in the evening had a time on the calendar before anyone else called.
Reporting on installs. Spend, leads, and installed revenue pulled from the CRM, reviewed with the owners on a regular call.
"We spent 10 to 15 grand with the last agency and got about $4,000 back. They've completely changed how we run our business and how we get our leads."
What happened
The account produced about $10,000 in jobs in its first 22 days. Across the reported window, September 26, 2025 to June 30, 2026, $11,268 in ad spend produced $191,437 in installed revenue across 43 jobs. The largest single job was $12,500.
July 2026 on its own: $2,585 in ad spend, 51 leads, 5 installs, and $15,125 in installed revenue, a 5.85x month.
What we learned
Creative wears out. Over summer 2026 the account plateaued at about 50 leads a month on about $2,000 a month in spend, and August came in near 5.5x. Clicks got more expensive while click-through held flat, which points at tired creative and a saturated area, not targeting. The answer was new ads in rotation, not a new audience.
Months are lumpy, windows are not. Single months in summer 2026 ran between roughly 4x and 6x. The nine-month window returned 16.99x. Installed revenue lags leads by weeks, so one month is a bad unit for judging a planned-install account.
Paper marketing is not a baseline. 700 door hangers and zero calls is a common starting point. The ads did not beat a working channel; they replaced a channel that was not working.
