Cadence Leads LLC wants cadenceleads.com to be usable by everyone, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, voice control, screen magnification, or who prefer reduced motion. This page explains the standard we work to, what we have done, what we know still needs work, and how to reach us if something gets in your way.

1. Standard

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA, the standard referenced by the United States Department of Justice for websites under the Americans with Disabilities Act.

2. What we have done

• Every page has a "Skip to main content" link, a single main landmark, labelled navigation, and a logical heading order.
• All controls, including the menu, FAQ accordions, the cookie banner and preferences panel, timeline controls, and forms, can be operated with a keyboard, and a visible focus ring shows where you are.
• Images that carry information have descriptive alternative text. Purely decorative icons are hidden from assistive technology.
• Form fields have visible labels, required fields are marked, and error messages are announced to screen readers next to the field they refer to.
• Text and interface colors are chosen to meet the WCAG contrast minimums, and pages can be zoomed to 200 percent and used on a phone without horizontal scrolling.
• Animations, the scrolling ticker, and the custom cursor are reduced or removed when your device asks for reduced motion.
• Video testimonials use the browser's native player with standard controls and are never set to autoplay.

3. Known limitations

• Captions. The two client testimonial videos on the homepage do not yet have closed captions. A written quote from each video is shown next to it. Captions are on our list to add.
• Embedded services. The booking calendar and the homepage chat widget are provided by third-party or separate systems that we configure but do not fully control. If either is hard to use, contact us by email or phone and we will book the call or answer your question directly.
• Older blog posts. We are reviewing older articles for heading order and link text. If you find a problem in one, tell us and we will fix it.

4. Tell us about a barrier

If you run into anything on the Site that you cannot use, or you need content in a different format, contact us. Include the page address and what happened, and we will respond within 5 business days.
