ABOUT CADENCE MARKETING

The one-person Meta ads shop running two playbooks.

Cadence Marketing is a founder-led Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ads agency for body-composition studios, med spas, IV clinics, performance gyms, and premium home-service operators. Every client account is managed personally by Adam Hafner. No BDR. No junior strategist handoff. No retainer. Month-to-month only.

1,048 Leads delivered in March 2026
$13.44 Average cost per lead (March 2026)
32.5× ROAS at Garage Force SE Valley
8.9× ROAS at DexaFit Vancouver

The founder runs every account.

Cadence was built on one rule: the person you hire is the person who runs your ad account. If you book a call, you're on the phone with Adam. If you sign with Cadence, Adam is in your Meta Ads Manager daily — iterating creative, reallocating budget, watching the cost-per-booked-appointment curve. The model works because it's small on purpose.

Most Meta ads buyers have been burned by an agency that pitched the founder and delivered a junior account manager. Cadence doesn't have that layer. There's nobody to hand off to.

Two playbooks. Not ten.

Cadence runs Meta ads for two categories and turns the rest away:

  • Body-composition & wellness (primary). DexaFit franchises, InBody studios, VO2 max labs, med spas, IV therapy clinics, performance gyms. Scan-to-schedule funnels, appointment-driven conversion, intro-offer math.
  • Premium home services (select partners). Garage Force epoxy, HVAC, roofing, restoration, high-ticket installers with visual offers. Booked-estimate conversion, 5–25K ticket sizes.

The reason both playbooks live under the same roof is that they share a unit economics shape — high-margin, appointment-based, visually sellable on Meta. The machine that did 32.5× on Garage Force is the same machine that did 8.9× on DexaFit Vancouver. Meta doesn't care what you sell. It cares whether the offer converts.

What Cadence actually does.

Every Cadence engagement runs on three moves, repeated monthly:

  • Strategy & audit. Before spend shifts, Adam autopsies the current account, the current offer, and the last 90 days of results. Quantifies the leak. Identifies the wasted spend.
  • Creative & offer engineering. Most failed Meta campaigns are offer problems, not targeting problems. Cadence rewrites the offer first, then ships scroll-stopping video, UGC, and static creative built around it.
  • Daily management & scaling. In the account every day. Monday performance review, creative refresh, budget reallocation. Weekly report delivered Tuesday — before the invoice.

What Cadence doesn't do.

  • SEO, websites, email marketing, content, brand strategy, or logo design. Meta ads only.
  • Accounts under roughly $2,000/month in ad spend.
  • Long-term contracts or retainers — everything is month-to-month.
  • Pitch decks or "discovery" calls that don't get into your actual ad account.

How to work with Cadence.

Two entry points. The $99 Niche Intel Audit is a one-time market opportunity audit with a 1-on-1 walkthrough — useful whether or not you hire Cadence afterward. Or book a 20-minute strategy call with Adam directly. He'll tell you on the call whether it's a fit.
