Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 25, 2026

  • Privacy Policy
  • Terms and Conditions
  • Cookie Policy
  • Accessibility

In short: we collect the contact details you give us in a form or booking, plus standard analytics about how the site is used. We use them to reply to you, schedule and deliver what you asked for, and measure and advertise our own services. We do not sell your personal information. You can turn analytics and advertising cookies off at any time through Cookie preferences, and you can ask us to see, correct, or delete your data by emailing info@cadenceleads.com.

Cadence Leads LLC ("Cadence Leads", "we", "us", or "our") is an Arizona limited liability company that operates the website cadenceleads.com and its subdomains (the "Site"). This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect through the Site, how we use and share it, and the choices you have. It applies to visitors, prospective clients, and anyone who contacts us through the Site. Our services are business to business and are offered in the United States.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us

  • Lead and contact forms. First name, last name, email address, phone number, business name, industry, current monthly ad spend range, and anything you type into a message field. We also record the date, time, and page on which you submitted the form and whether you checked the communications consent box.
  • Booking a call. The booking calendar on the Site is our own scheduling system. It collects your name, email address, phone number, the time you pick, any notes you add, and the referral source and campaign parameters attached to the link you arrived from (for example, which website or ad brought you here).
  • Direct communications. Anything you send us by email, phone, text, or on a call, including information about your business and your advertising accounts that you choose to share so we can review them.

Information collected automatically

  • Server and device data. IP address, browser type and version, operating system, device type, screen size, referring page, pages viewed, and timestamps. Our hosting provider (Netlify) records standard server logs, and third-party content delivery networks that serve our fonts, icons, and scripts receive your IP address when your browser requests those files.
  • Analytics and advertising cookies. With your consent settings applied (see the Cookie Policy), we use Google Analytics 4, Microsoft Clarity, and the Meta Pixel. These tools set cookies or similar identifiers, record page views and interactions, and, in the case of Clarity, produce heatmaps and session recordings of how the page is used. Clarity masks text typed into form fields by default. The Meta Pixel lets us measure ad results and show our ads to people who have visited the Site.
  • First-touch attribution. The Site stores a small record in your browser (local storage, not a cookie) noting the referring website or campaign parameters on your first visit, the landing page, and the date, for up to 90 days. This record stays in your browser and is attached to a booking only if you book a call, so we know which source produced the enquiry. It is not sent to any advertising network.
  • Consent record. Your cookie choice is stored in your browser so we can honor it on later visits.

We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information (such as government identifiers, health information, or precise geolocation) through the Site, and we ask that you not submit it.

2. How we use information

  • To respond to your enquiry and schedule and hold calls.
  • To evaluate whether our services fit your business and to prepare for a call with you.
  • To send you marketing communications about our services by email, phone call, or text message, where you have given consent or where otherwise permitted by law. You can opt out at any time (see Section 6).
  • To understand how the Site is used, fix problems, and improve pages.
  • To measure our own advertising and, if you have allowed advertising cookies, to show our ads to people who visited the Site.
  • To protect the Site, detect spam and abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

3. How we share information

We do not sell personal information for money. We share it only as follows:

  • Service providers that act on our behalf. Our customer relationship management and messaging platform (HighLevel, also known as LeadConnector), our scheduling system, our website host (Netlify), our email provider, and our analytics providers (Google, Microsoft). These providers are permitted to use the information only to provide services to us.
  • Advertising partners. If advertising cookies are enabled, Meta receives limited data about your visit through the Meta Pixel so we can measure and target our own advertising. Some state privacy laws treat this as "sharing" or "targeted advertising". You can opt out through Cookie preferences or by sending a Global Privacy Control signal (see Section 6).
  • Legal and safety. When required by law, subpoena, or court order, or when we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.
  • Business transfers. If Cadence Leads is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction under the same protections.

Text messaging. Mobile phone numbers and text messaging consent collected through the Site are not shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Messaging service providers receive numbers only to deliver our messages.

4. Text messages, calls, and email

When you submit a form on the Site with the communications consent box checked, or when you book a call, you agree that Cadence Leads may contact you at the phone number and email address you provided about your enquiry and our services. This may include calls and text messages sent with automated technology. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any product or service. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. Full messaging terms are in our Terms and Conditions.

5. How long we keep information

We keep lead, booking, and client records for as long as we have an ongoing relationship with you or a legitimate business reason to keep them, such as responding to a future enquiry, maintaining records of consent, or meeting tax and legal requirements. Analytics data is retained according to each provider's settings (Google Analytics event data is retained for 14 months). You can ask us to delete your information at any time (Section 6).

6. Your choices and rights

  • Cookies and tracking. Use Cookie preferences in the footer of every page to turn analytics or advertising cookies on or off. Your browser's settings can also block or delete cookies. Details are in the Cookie Policy.
  • Global Privacy Control. We treat a Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signal as a request to opt out of advertising cookies and the sharing of your data for targeted advertising. We do not respond to other "Do Not Track" signals.
  • Marketing. Unsubscribe from marketing email using the link in any message, reply STOP to any text, or email us to be removed from calling lists.
  • Access, correction, and deletion. Email info@cadenceleads.com to ask what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. We will verify the request using the email address or phone number on file and respond within 45 days. We will not treat you differently for exercising these rights. If we decline a request, you may ask us to reconsider by replying to our response.
  • State privacy laws. Residents of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Texas, Oregon, Montana, and other states with consumer privacy laws may have additional rights, including the right to opt out of targeted advertising and the right to know what categories of information are collected and shared. Cadence Leads is a small business and may fall below the thresholds at which some of those laws apply. We honor the requests described above for all United States residents regardless.

7. Security

The Site is served over HTTPS. Form submissions are sent to our systems over encrypted connections, and access to our CRM and other tools is limited to team members who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we learn of a breach that affects your personal information, we will notify you as required by Arizona law (A.R.S. 18-552) and any other applicable law.

8. Third-party sites and embedded content

The Site links to and embeds content from third parties, including Google Fonts and social networks. Video testimonials are hosted on our own subdomain. Each third party's own privacy policy governs what it collects when you use its service: Google, Microsoft, Meta, Netlify, and HighLevel.

9. Children

The Site and our services are for businesses and are not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, email us and we will delete it.

10. Visitors outside the United States

We operate in the United States and our providers store data there. If you visit from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those in your country.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when it last changed. If a change materially affects how we use information you have already given us, we will post a notice on the Site or contact you directly.
