In short: the Site uses a few strictly necessary items, analytics cookies (Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity), and one advertising cookie set (Meta Pixel). Analytics and advertising are on by default for United States visitors and you can turn either off at any time with Cookie preferences. Your choice is remembered in your browser. We also honor the Global Privacy Control signal.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser. Similar technologies include local storage (data stored by a page in your browser without an expiry set by a server), pixels (tiny images or scripts that report a page view to a third party), and software development kits inside embedded content. This policy uses "cookies" to cover all of them.
2. How consent works on this Site
The Site follows the United States "notice and opt-out" model. On your first visit a banner explains the categories in use and gives you three choices: accept all, reject all, or manage preferences. Until you make a choice, analytics and advertising tools run. Once you choose, your choice is saved in your browser and applied on every page and every later visit. You can reopen the panel at any time from the "Cookie preferences" link in the footer. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, advertising cookies are turned off automatically unless you later turn them on yourself.

Microsoft Clarity records how pages are used, including mouse movement, scrolling, and clicks, and produces heatmaps and session recordings. Text you type into form fields is masked by default.
Advertising
These let us measure whether our Facebook and Instagram ads lead to enquiries and let us show our ads to people who have visited the Site. Some state laws call this "targeted advertising" or "sharing".

4. Third-party content
Pages load fonts from Google Fonts, icons from cdnjs (Cloudflare), and animation scripts from jsDelivr. These requests send your IP address and browser details to the provider but do not set cookies on this Site. The Market Opportunity Audit checkout happens on fanbasis.com, which sets its own cookies under its own policy.
5. How to change or delete cookies
- On this Site. Open Cookie preferences from any footer and switch analytics or advertising off, then save.
- Global Privacy Control. Turn on GPC in a browser or extension that supports it. We treat it as an opt-out from advertising cookies.
- In your browser. Every browser lets you block or delete cookies and clear local storage. Blocking strictly necessary items may stop the booking calendar or your saved choice from working.
- With the provider. Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on, Meta ad settings, and Microsoft privacy dashboard.
6. Changes to this policy
We update this page when we add or remove a tool. The "Last updated" date shows the latest change.
