Meta ads for DexaFit and DEXA scan studios

Meta ads that fill the scan calendar, not just the lead form.

Cadence Leads is a Meta ads agency for DexaFit locations, DEXA scan studios, and longevity clinics: we run an intro-scan offer built for Facebook and Instagram, book it straight into your front desk calendar, and report on booked scans and scan revenue instead of raw lead counts.

All four numbers come from one spend-versus-revenue report through June 30, 2026, covering four DexaFit locations. Revenue is booked scan revenue recorded in client CRM and Acuity data. ROAS is revenue divided by ad spend only.

What Meta ads do for a DEXA scan studio

Meta ads put a low-friction intro-scan offer, usually $49 to $199, in front of people interested in body composition, fitness, and longevity. The ad books the scan, the scan gets the person in the door, and the front desk sells the membership.

A DEXA scan is a one-time purchase, but a DEXA studio's real economics come from what happens after the scan: monthly membership, quarterly scan packages, and add-on services sold at the front desk. That means scan-only ROAS understates the value of the campaign. We report the number we can verify (booked scans and scan revenue) and flag clearly that membership revenue is not included.

The offer has to be strong enough to book on its own. A vague "learn more about DEXA scans" ad does not convert. An intro-scan price with a clear scheduling link does.

Who this is for, and who it is not

A fit

  • DexaFit and Longevity by DexaFit locations, in any territory.
  • Independent DEXA or InBody studios and longevity or performance labs with an intro offer.
  • A front desk or booking system that can handle 30 or more new scans a month.
  • $1,000 or more per month available for ad spend, separate from our fee.

Not a fit

  • Studios without a clear intro offer to advertise.
  • Studios without capacity to take on 30 or more new scans a month.
  • Anyone who wants scan counts reported without revenue attached.
  • Locations with no booking system that a Meta ad can link straight into.

How the DEXA scan playbook works

  1. Intro offer first. We confirm your scan price and package, then build the ad around a specific, bookable intro offer.
  2. Scan-to-schedule creative. Studio photos, scan-result graphics, and staff-on-camera clips that lead directly to your scheduling link.
  3. Front desk handoff. The scheduling link connects straight to your booking system, so the ad books the appointment without a phone call in between.
  4. Daily management, weekly report. We are in the account every day. Your weekly report shows spend, leads, booked scans, and scan revenue.

Most DEXA studios we work with run Meta for volume and keep Instagram organic and gym partnerships running alongside it for trust and referrals. Meta is the channel that scales the booking calendar on a schedule you control.

Questions DEXA studio owners ask before a call

Do Meta ads work for DexaFit locations?

Yes. Across four DexaFit locations combined, Cadence Leads turned $38,118 in Meta and Google ad spend into $112,881 in scan revenue and 859 booked scans through June 30, 2026. The intro-scan offer is what makes it work: it gives Meta a low-friction first step before the studio sells memberships.

What does a booked DEXA scan cost on Meta?

At DexaFit Vancouver, $6,251 in ad spend produced 168 verified bookings between March 12 and June 30, 2026, about $37 per booked scan. Cost per scan varies by location and offer, but that is the clearest single number we can point to.

Why is DexaFit ROAS lower than the home-service numbers on this site?

Because scan revenue only counts the intro offer, typically $49 to $199. It does not include memberships or packages sold after the scan, which is where a DEXA studio makes its real money. A 2.96x scan-only ROAS across four DexaFit locations understates the true return once membership revenue is added.

Do the ads fit DexaFit brand guidelines?

Yes. Creative is built around your scan results, studio environment, and the DexaFit look, with an intro-offer hook that leads directly to a scheduling link or phone call.

How many scans can a new campaign book per month?

We report verified booking counts rather than projections. DexaFit Vancouver booked 168 verified scans between March 12 and June 30, 2026. DexaFit Scottsdale booked 560 scans between October 30, 2025 and June 30, 2026. Actual monthly volume depends on your market, budget, and front-desk capacity.

Do you work with clinics that are not DexaFit?

Yes. The same playbook works for independent DEXA studios, InBody clinics, and longevity or performance labs that have an intro offer and a front desk that can book 30 or more new scans a month.
